Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer at DataArtha Solutions, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and clients. Your main duties will include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software products

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels

  • Investigating and reproducing customer issues

  • Documenting and maintaining customer support knowledge base

  • Collaborating with development team to improve product quality and customer satisfaction

  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or a related field and experience with software troubleshooting and customer support. Additionally, the candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to work well in a team and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask are also important.
